Sarah does an amazing job as a Yoga instructor! She not only teaches you the proper Yoga positions but gives alternatives to make it easier or harder. I am pregnant so she was attentive to the special modifications I needed throughout the class. She also brings a little humor into the class which makes for a more relaxing and comfortable environment. The class went by so quickly with the wide variety of positions and not only did I feel great when it was over, but burned almost 400 calories which is great for this beginning Yoga student!
