6-MONTH HOLISTIC WELLNESS PROGRAM

Many people are frustrated because they’ve tried to put into practice what a nutritionist, doctor, or book has suggested, but it just hasn’t worked for them, or they lack the tools to grow in ways that really matter. In this gap, the space between desire and execution, a wellness coach can help.

A holistic health and wellness coach encourages you to embrace radical self-care by adopting a proactive, integrative, and authentic approach to your healthcare and lifestyle. It’s not just the food we eat, but all the factors and elements in our lives that nourish us and provide fulfillment. So, as your coach, Sarah considers core aspects of your entire person – mind, body, emotions, environment, spirit – to help you improve your personal well-being through everyday choices.

During the six-month program, with collaborative hour-long sessions twice a month, Sarah will listen carefully to your needs and help you discover what’s holding you back from reaching your goals, as well as equip you to move forward in health. Sarah also provides follow up notes and email communication between coaching sessions, a copy of her book and wellness journal, and a variety of other educational handouts, recipes, and materials.

Sarah Plummer TaylorTogether, you and Sarah will discover how each element of your life affects your health as a whole. You’ll transform goals into action, making gradual, sustainable changes that lead to a lifetime of health, energy, and vitality.

Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat?

Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising?

Does your digestion seem out of whack and have you feeling unwell?

Whether struggling with work, family, spiritual or physical life, mental or emotional health, nutrition, or a combination of these categories, accountability means you’re likely to procrastinate less, accomplish more, and reach goals that are actually sustainable.

Rather than prescribing a single diet, exercise plan, or generic performance metrics, Sarah, a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, works with clients to create personalized plans for holistic wellness.

“In most cases people really aren’t as far off from a solution as they think they are,” says Sarah. “It’s important to begin a collaboration by focusing on what’s going well and what my clients already intuitively know.”
